Mid-South LCMS District
As an alliance of congregations and schools, the Mid-South District provides leadership, resources, and encouragement for reaching the lost for Christ’s kingdom and equipping the found for service in our churches, communities, and in the world.
With the universal Christian Church, The Lutheran Church— Missouri Synod teaches and responds to the love of the Triune God: the Father, creator of all that exists; Jesus Christ, the Son, who became human to suffer and die for the sins of all human beings and to rise to life again in the ultimate victory over death and Satan; and the Holy Spirit, who creates faith through God's Word and Sacraments. The three persons of the Trinity are coequal and co-eternal, one God.
Our congregations accept and preach the Bible-based teachings of Martin Luther that inspired the reformation of the Christian Church in the 16th century. The teaching of Luther and the reformers can be summarized in three phrases: Grace alone, Faith alone, Scripture alone.

Enrich Mission exits to help school kids in rural Nicaragua fully engage their education. They want to enrich the lives of students so they become educated adults. They do this by building Enrichment Centers near public schools in order to provide food, medicine, school materials, and tutoring. They work with local churches to provide outreach to the community. They sponsor and work community projects such as clean water, efficient stoves, and at home water filtration systems to fight parasites. They help teachers and students through food, clothing, medicine and tutoring.
They are Wayne and Megan Tingle. They are two people that love to help people and especially love it when Jesus shines through.
